Canned Salmon and Salad

A healthy and simple-to-make salad recipe.


  • 1 small tin of red salmon

  • 1/2 tomato

  • 2 large iceberg lettuce leaves

  • 1/4 cucumber

  • 1/4 red onion


  • 1.

    Break up the lettuce into small pieces, cut red onion across into thin slices, cut tomato and cucumber into 8 pieces.

  • 2.

    Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and add a cap of either red wine or balsamic vinegar.

  • 3.

    Mix ingredients loosely with your hand or tongs and place in a bowl.
