5 Veggies in 10 Minutes

A tasty and healthy dinner meal in minutes.

Ingredients

  • Snow peas – sliced in half

  • Red capsicum – cut in fine strips

  • Carrots - cut in fine strips

  • Broccoli – small florets

  • Bean shoots - washed

  • Coriander - chop 1 bunch

  • Ginger – finely chopped

  • Chilli – finely chopped

  • Garlic – finely chopped

  • Tamari soy sauce

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Water – ¼ cup

Method

  • 1.

    Sauté garlic, ginger and chilli in extra virgin olive oil for 1 minute.

  • 2.

    Add all vegetables (except bean shoots and coriander) and water, toss then cover for 3 minutes and continue cooking.

  • 3.

    Add tamari, bean shots & coriander and mix well.
