Fetta Scrambled Eggs

Get your fix of protein with this quick and easy scrambled egg recipe.


  • 3 eggs

  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 teaspoons butter

  • ½ cup crumbled fetta cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • 1.

    Heat butter in pan over medium heat.

  • 2.

    Beat eggs and milk together, then pour into pan.

  • 3.

    Add fetta cheese and cook, stirring occasionally to scramble.

  • 4.

    Season with salt and pepper

Three eggs for one person? This seems like a very big meal for one. Or is it for two?

There really need to be an indication on all these recipies as to how many serves they are for.

this is easily one serve.. I always eat 2 - 4 on my own!
