Try this combination of baked salmon and vegies for a healthy dinner meal.
Place salmon on a baking tray on a piece of baking paper or alfoil.
Put in an oven on 180 degrees and bake for 12 minutes.
Add salad greens, spinach, cabbage and snow peas to a large bowl.
Dress with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and ensure to mix thoroughly.
Plate salad onto a dinner plate, add salmon and if desired add more lemon juice on top of salmon.
