Who said pizza couldn't be healthy? Grab a slice of this healthy pizza treat.
Chop up your vegetables to a medium thickness.
Cover the base with the paste, evenly spread.
Arrange zucchini’s, mushrooms, tomatoes and olives so they are even across the pizza.
Lay the prosciutto on top.
Spray with Olive oil and place under a grill or in the oven med/high heat.
Once the base starts to get crispy pull out add the rocket and fetta and give another quick spray of olive oil.
Place back in the oven until the rocket is warmed and limp.
