Wheat Free Pizza

Who said pizza couldn't be healthy? Grab a slice of this healthy pizza treat.


  • Spelt pita style wrap base tomato paste (you can buy these in a lot of Coles Heath Food sections, or health food stores)

  • Leggos tomato paste (or their pizza base sauce)

  • 2 thin slices prosciutto

  • 6 slices zucchini

  • 1 tomato

  • Danish feta

  • 3 olives

  • 2 mushrooms

  • Handful of fresh rocket [or spinach]

  • Spray olive oil


  • 1.

    Chop up your vegetables to a medium thickness.

  • 2.

    Cover the base with the paste, evenly spread.

  • 3.

    Arrange zucchini’s, mushrooms, tomatoes and olives so they are even across the pizza.

  • 4.

    Lay the prosciutto on top.

  • 5.

    Spray with Olive oil and place under a grill or in the oven med/high heat.

  • 6.

    Once the base starts to get crispy pull out add the rocket and fetta and give another quick spray of olive oil.

  • 7.

    Place back in the oven until the rocket is warmed and limp.
