Lemongrass and Chilli Chicken Drumsticks

Make a healthy chicken dinner for the whole family.


  • 4 chicken drum sticks

  • 2 dessert spoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 dessert spoons fresh minced lemongrass

  • 2 dessert spoons fresh minced medium chillies

  • 1 dessert spoon fresh minced garlic


  • 1.

    Make a paste with chillies, garlic, lemongrass and olive oil, rub the drumsticks with the paste until a coating appears, for best results allow to marinate overnight in the fridge.

  • 2.

    Pre heat oven to 180.

  • 3.

    Place the drumsticks in a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake for a further 20 minutes.

  • 4.

    Allow to rest for 10 minutes out of the oven and serve (2 drumsticks per portion).
