Make a healthy chicken dinner for the whole family.
Make a paste with chillies, garlic, lemongrass and olive oil, rub the drumsticks with the paste until a coating appears, for best results allow to marinate overnight in the fridge.
Pre heat oven to 180.
Place the drumsticks in a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake for a further 20 minutes.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes out of the oven and serve (2 drumsticks per portion).
