Enjoy this healthy alternative to your favourite Mediterranean lamb dish.
Combine the lemon juice and olive oil in a shallow dish.
Thread lamb onto skewers and marinade in the dish, ensuring you turn the lamb and coat all sides. Leave to marinade from 5 – 30 minutes.
Place under grill and cook for 5 minutes, turn over then cook for a further 5 minutes.
Place tahini in a small bowl, serve with a small green salad.
