Turkey Wrap with Salad on Flat Bread

Try this turkey wrap for a healthy lunch option that’s easy to make.


  • 1 wholemeal flat bread

  • 2 slices of turkey breast

  • 1/8 red onion

  • 1/8 cucumber

  • 1/2 tomato

  • 2 iceberg lettuce leaves

  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard


  • 1.

    Smear the flatbread with the mustard.

  • 2.

    Place the turkey down across the flatbread, then the lettuce.

  • 3.

    Cut the tomato into 8 pieces and place on the lettuce.

  • 4.

    Thin slice the onion and cucumber and lay it down on top.

  • 5.

    Bring the ingredients to the middle of the flatbread and gently roll and place on a plate.

Super easy, and really tasty. Have had this 3 times this week and really easy to make at work.
