Another great recipe that incorporates crocodile and prawns.
Combine the marinade ingredients together to taste.
Toss through the shredded Asian veg.
Coat prawns and Crocodile in potato starch.
Place them in deep frying oil. (pop the prawns in first and the crocodile meat second)
Cook up for a couple of minutes and then place on a tea towel to drain the oil.
Heat up a dash of sesame oil in a wok, add the Sambal Oelek, Puree Garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the deep fried prawns and crocodile.
Toss well- add a pinch of sea salt and Native Pepperlead- Toss thoroughly.
Serve with the Vietnamese Pickle & Garnish with coriander.
