A great inexpensive, tasty and filling recipe of baked potatoes filled with warmed tinned baked beans.
Heat SPC® Baked Beans as per pack instructions.
Preheat oven to 220°C (fan forced oven) and place Potato on oven rack. Cook for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 180°C cooking for an additional 20-30 minutes or until the Potato is soft in the middle. Use a skewer or roasting fork to check.
Place Potato into serving dish and cut cross ways into quarters. Take care as potato will be very hot.
Once open, place butter into the centre of the potato then top with heated serving of SPC® Baked Beans.
