SPC Baked Beans and Spaghetti are ideal as quick to prepare minimum fuss meals and they are also more versatile than you might think.
Combine SPC Spaghetti, flour, eggs, cheese and oregano in a large mixing bowl, and mix to a well combine batter
Heat oil to a medium heat, and drop large spoonfuls (about 3tbsp full) of mixture into the oil. Panfry 2-3 minutes, then carefully flip over (best done using two spatulas), Cook for a further two minutes then removed and drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with bacon and eggs and a side of Baked Beans, or on their own.
Makes 6 hash browns (approx. 10cm in diameter)
