This is a healthy kind of Granola Bars..It is low fat too,since no butter is used.The cool thing is,it has no eggs in it..So my vegetarian friends can enjoy this too..This is pretty simple and quick to make..I have to tell you one thing,I made this bar little bit thicker,so it took a lot of time to cook...I advise you to make it thinner in a big tray


  • Oats-1 cup

  • Flour- 1/2 cup

  • Oil-1/4 cup

  • Sugar-1 cup

  • Desiccated coconut-1/2 cup

  • Almonds-1 tblspn

  • Raisans-1 tblspn

  • Baking powder-1 tsp

  • Peanut butter-2 tblspn

  • Cocoa Powder- 1/3 cup

  • Milk-2 tblspn


  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degree C.

  • 2.

    Mix flour with baking powder and mix well.Set this aside.

  • 3.

    In a mixing bowl add oil and sugar and mix well.

  • 4.

    Add in peanut butter,cocoa powder,coconut,almonds,cashews,raisans and mix well.

  • 5.

    Add in milk,oats,flour mixture and mix well.

  • 6.

    Tip this mixture in a well oiled baking tin in a thin layer and bake for 25-30 min.

  • 7.

    Let this cool completely..Then cut into bars and serve.
