quality lamb minced,curried,put on wood skewers with lovely easy to do fried rice and side greens.
1.
MINCE KEBABS-

Put all meat section of ingredients in bowl,wet hands mush together well,get old cake tin put wooden kebab sticks in cover with water leave .

Put meat in hands roll to similar sized balls till all mince is used,

Then roll each ball onto separate skewers should be 8 balls press on skewers slightly elongating it as it rolls on,

Put all 8 skewers on plate sit in freezer 1/2 hr to firm,
6.
Meantime put 4cps water to boil then add 1lrg cp rice mix.
7.
Let boil,then turn to simmer,simmer till rice is just tender.
8.
While rice is cooking put cut shallots in wok or frypan
9.
When cooked push aside tthrow in and break 2eggs cut up in
10.
Little pcs as it cooks,this is very quick,take off stove .
11.
Put egg/onion on a plate aside.
12.
Drain and rinse rice well hot water,throw into wok with sm amount oil,
13.
Add egg/shallots,add soy sauce
14.
Sesame oil,stir turn on very low ,or off while you cook kebabs or put in oven whil you do rice,boil greens for 4 people,bake kebabs,200c for 20mins till golden brown.
Notes
easy to put rice on to boil,and greens another pot after freezing meat for 1/2 hr put in oven while doing vegs,all can be done very quickly,is a nice tasting and fun way to serve mince to guests and kids love them.
Serves 4 adults.
