great healthy snack,raw muesli,sugar alternatives using equal & stewed apples
small amount butter.diabetic friendly.
Place all dry ingredients in mixing bowl,put diced apples in sm saucepan with 1/4 cp water bring to boil,simmer till very soft.
Put egg oil,and apples in mix well.
Use dessert spoon,drop 1spoonful on oil sprayed pan or biscuit tray,make small indentation in centre,drop small bit of jam in hole ,bake 180deg,approx 20mins,till light brown,allow to cool,remove to air tight container,cont,till all have been cooked makes approx 30.will keep a week in storage in fridge,great with a cuppa.
