This recipe is from episode 20 of Good Chef Bad Chef series 3.
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Combine the sweetener and omega spread or oil then using your hands, rub this mixture through the dry ingredients.
Keep it a little chunky.
Now spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake at 180C until brown and crispy (approx. 20 min).
Allow to cool.
Mix through the sultanas and store in an airtight container.
