This recipe is from episode 20 of Good Chef Bad Chef series 3.


  • 2 pieces of mountain bread

  • 4 pieces smoked salmon, ¼ cup fresh ricotta

  • 2 fresh tomatoes, sliced 1 tbsp dill, chopped

  • 1 lemon, rind


  • 1.

    Lay out wraps and layer ingredients evenly across one side.

  • 2.

    Roll and serve like that.
