This recipe is from Episode 16 of Good Chef Bad Chef Series 3


  • 75g Kingfish

  • 1 long red chilli, de-seeded and julienned

  • 1tbs ginger, chopped

  • coriander

  • chives

  • spring onions

  • Dressing

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • sesame seeds


  • 1.

    Thinly slice kingfish and present on plate.

  • 2.

    Mix dressing ingredients together in a bowl and drizzle over fish.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle chilli, ginger, coriander, chives and spring onions over fish.
