This recipe is from Episode 6 of Good Chef Bad Chef Series 3


  • 25 tofu cubes

  • Dressing

  • 1 tbsp chiili paste or sauce

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  • 1 tbsp palm sugar, grated

  • 2 tbsp veggie stock

  • Parsley or coriander to garnish


  • 1.

    Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a bowl. Add the tofu to the bowl and allow to marinate for about 30 min.

  • 2.

    Soak your skewers in water so they won’t burn on the BBQ then thread the meat/tofu on them.

  • 3.

    Cook on a hot barbie for one minute on each side or until they just turn pink. Garnish with lots of Italian parsley or coriander.
