This recipe is from Episode 4 of Good Chef Bad Chef Series 3
Mix vodka syrup ingredients together in a bowl.
Using berry glaze ingredients, place eggs, sugar and vanilla bean in bain-marie. Whisk for 6-8 min until pale and fluffy. Fold in vodka and whisk for 2 min. Remove from heat and fold through sour cream.
To serve, arrange fruit over four plates. Cover with sabayon and glaze under grill for 1 - 2 min until golden.
