  • 3-4 tsp sugar

  • 2 tsp Instant yeast

  • 2 cup warm water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 5 cup flour (2 cup at first then 3 cup)

  • 2 tablespoons milk powder

  • ½ cup corn oil


  • 1.

    Mix all ingredients with 2 cup of flour and without the oil and leave it for 10 minutes

  • 2.

    After 10 minutes, add oil and 3 cups of flour then knead well

  • 3.

    You can use it now :)
