Very Tasty all my friends and my employee's that I cook for when I work on a Saturday there's not even a crumb left on the plate.
I got bored with old recipe and change it a little.


  • Preheat oven 20 min before

  • Temp: 200c

  • Cooking time: 40min each tray

  • Frozen puff pastry sheets

  • 3/4 cup of bread crumbs

  • 2 Tblsp of italian herbs

  • 2 Tblsp of parmasan cheese

  • 1 beef sausage meat roll ( you can buy from Woollies)

  • 1/8 cup of tomato sauce

  • 2 eggs ( mix one and put aside to glaze with the other is to add to mixture if to dry)

    Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together until combine then lay out your first sheet of puff pastry, grab a handful of meat mixture and put as close to the top edge of the pastry and spread the meat so that it looks like a log from one side to the other side.

  • 2.

    Then roll the pastry until the top edge of pastry touches the base and make sure that you leave enough pastry about an 1/2 inch wide and brush a bit of egg so the pastry sticks together then cut sheet in half cross way and then do it all over again
