Enjoy this recipe for a traditional Middle Eastern dish of eggplant, minced meat and sweet peppers.


  • 3 Medium size of Eggplant

  • 1 red Sweet pepper

  • 1 green Sweet pepper

  • 1 yellow Sweet pepper

  • 1/2 kilo Minced meat

  • 2 cup of Yogurt

  • 6-7 tablespoons Tahini

  • 5-6 tablespoons Lemon

  • Fried bread

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 incision Garlic

  • Sumac for decorating

  • Nuts for decorating

  • Parsley for decorating


  • 1.

    First, cut the Eggplant and colored sweet pepper into small cubes

  • 2.

    Fry the Eggplant

  • 3.

    Turn the peppers with a little oil for a few

  • 4.

    Fry the bread after cutting it to small squares

  • 5.

    Keep the meat with oil on the fire and turns until cooked, then put a little of salt and spices and mix them well

  • 6.

    ** prepare Tahini Sauce:

    Mix the yogurt with Tahini,lemon, salt and Garlic and mix them well

  • 8.

    Now, Put fried bread on a dish then put the fried Eggplant and sweet pepper

  • 9.

    Pour the Tahini sauce over the previous, put the meat and decorate the dish with sumac, nuts and Parsley
