A quick, spicy, and full of flavour spin on satay beef :)
1 - Fry onions, chillies, and whites of spring onions on high heat in wok until coloured, add beef and brown, put in a splash of fish and soy sauce, a pinch of salt and a good grind of pepper.
Add snow peas, carrot,green parts of spring onions, lime zest, and cherry tomatoes and stir fry until ready, leaving some crunch in the veges.
2 - Place all ingredients for sauce into a small saucepan and bring to boil, check seasoning etc then stir the sauce through the stir fry just before serving.
