  • Viloet colour Cabbage=1 Chopped

  • Lemon Juice=As for Taste

  • Carrot=1 Cutting jullian style large and small

  • Redish=2 Cut in star style

  • Salt=As for taste

  • Sugar= As for taste

  • Minyonise=just small portion


  • 1.

    First Wash all vegtable and peal it.

  • 2.

    Then cut cabbage in chopped style.

  • 3.

    Cut raddish in then slices and make in star.

  • 4.

    Cut carrot in jullian style some large pieces some small pieces.

  • 5.

    Add some drops of lemon juice in chopped viloet cabbage Mayonise.

  • 6.

    Spread this mixture in a small tray

  • 7.

    Then Teak Carrot and + sign and cover this sign with Reddish jullian cutted slices.

  • 8.

    Then Reddish maked star slices put at a side.

  • 9.

    (Mean that Garnish with)

  • 10.

    At last spread salt sugar and lemon juice

  • 11.
