I made this by accident one day when I had left over rice and didn't want to throw it out. So I thought what can I quickly throw together , and I felt like tuna .So when I went to get the tuna I saw a can of corn and grabed that too.So then I had to add flavour I opened the fridge and felt like something a little spicey and grabed the sweet chile sauce and wow what a combination!
Cook the rice or have left over rice ready
Add the tuna with the oil
Add the rest of the ingredients
