Combine oats, milk, apple juice and lemon juice in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Heat Cranberry Classic™ in a saucepan with sugar on low to reduce by three quarters and make concentrated syrup.
Allow to cool and then combine with natural yoghurt and 50g chopped Craisins®.
Mix 125g Craisins® and grated apple through the oat mixture, then divide among four bowls.
Add banana, walnuts and dried apricots. Place dollop of cranberry yoghurt on top and drizzle with the honey.
