• for the cup cake-

  • 125 g butter

  • 125 g flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 100 g melted chocolate

  • 1tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp bakingsoda

  • 50 g cocoa powder

  • For the vanila frosting-

  • 75 g butter

  • 125 g icing sugar

  • 1- 2 tbsp milk / cream

  • vanilla 1 tsp


  • 1.

    Beet the butter & sugar well ,then add the eggs 1 at a time till soft,sift the flour,bakin powder , baking soda &cocoa powder together ,then gradually add the flour & beet in low speed,then add the melted chocolate with the milk & mix well then spoon to 12 cup cake shells & bake for about 20-25 min.

    Beet the butter till soft then add the remaining ingriedients & beet well till creamy.
