  • mushroom -(any kind u prefer)

  • onions

  • ginger & garlic paste

  • chicken stock/vegetable stock

  • salt

  • pepper

  • cornflour

  • soya sauce

  • butter


  • 1.

    First blanch the vegetable for abt 1- 2 mins... ,& keep a side.

  • 2.

    In a pan add 1 tbsp butter & melt then add the g&g paste,onions & saute it then add the vegetables & saute it...add salt ,pepper & soya sauce 1 tsp mix well & add the 1/2 cup chicken stock..let it boil...then add the cornflor abt 1/2 tbsp mixed in water to the stock ,mix well .when it gets a little thick take it off the fire..
