Nasi Goreng Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • OIL 4TBSP

  • 1 CHOPPED ONION

  • GARLIC CHOPPED

  • 3 EGGS

  • TOMATOE SAUCE 2 tbsp

  • CHILLIE PASTE 2 tbsp

  • SOYA SAUCE 2 tbsp

  • AJINAMOTO 1/2 TSP

  • 2 SPRING ONIONS SLICED

  • MINCED CHICKEN 200 g

  • PRAWN 200 g CUT TO SMALL PCS

  • CORN FLOUR 1TSP

  • SALT TO TASTE

  • PEPPER

  • 1/4 TSP GINGERLY OIL

  • BASMATHI RICE 1 kg COOKED

Method

  • 1.

    1.First marinate the chicken & prawns with salt ,pepper,1/2 egg & the corn flour & mix well & keep aside for about a 1/2 an hour..

  • 2.

    2.heat oil in a wok add the garlic ,then add the onions & let it fry till light in colour then add the marinated chicken & prawns & let it cook for abt 2-3 min.

  • 3.

    3.then add the eggs (2 1/2 egg)lightly beaten with salt & pepper...wait about 1 minuite & mix the egg well ,then add ,tomatoe sauce.chillie paste & soya sauce & mix well.

  • 4.

    4.then add the cooked rice & mix well & let fry a little add the ajinomoto & the gingerly oil mix well

  • 5.

    At last add the spring onions & serve.........
