Ingredients

Method

    1 Trim the meat of excess

    Fat. Pound the boneless

  • 4.

    Meat pieces with a meat

  • 5.

    Mallet or 'hamam dista' till

  • 6.

    Reduced to a pulp. Add all

    The ingredients together and

    Blend to a paste in the

  • 9.

    Mixie.

  • 10.

    2 Everything should be well

    Mixed and very soft. Take a

    Handful of the meat mixture

  • 13.

    And shape onto skewers like

    Sheekh kababs.

  • 15.

    3 Now, take ordinary thread

    And wrap around the kabab

    Thoroughly.

    4 Put in a tandoor, or

  • 19.

    Barbecue or grill in an oven

  • 20.

    Rotating and basting with

  • 21.

    Ghee.

  • 22.

    5 Serve with lime wedges.

  • 23.

    The guests will unwind the

  • 24.

    Strings themselves.
