Grilled Halloumi Cheese

Ingredients

  • 220 g chunk Haloumi

  • 2 tablespoons picked oregano leaves

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 grilled Lemon juiced

  • grilled Pita Bread

Method

  • 1.

    Brush the cheese with olive oil and place onto a medium hot grill for 2 minutes on each side, or until marked.

  • 2.

    Remove and slice into 1/2-inch pieces.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle with oregano.

  • 4.

    Drizzle the olive oil on top and squeeze the lemon juice over the cheese.

  • 5.

    Serve with grilled pita bread.
