Simple quick and great to eat


  • Cook enough rice for 2 people. Using a nonstick pan the bacon will produce the amount of oil for cooking. Take 2 roughy chopped rashers of bacon, 1 red onion chopped finely and cook until they start to colour then add prawns (if using green) meanwhile get your Bolts curry (amount is optional) you can make is as hot as you like (i personally use 2 teaspoons) put into a bowl ad a small amount of warm water to mix then add your coconut milk as the prawns start to colour add the curry mix then thicken wth cornflour just before serving add some freshly chopped parsley. You can use cooked prawns and they are flash cooked (they do make the meal quicker)
