Fresh salad recipe with barramundi and sauces


  • 2 handfuls Raw Barramundi 1cm diced

  • 1 finely diced spanish onion

  • 1 cucumber finely diced

  • 2 fresh tomatoes finely diced

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar

  • 1 Tblsp lemon juice

  • 1 Tblsp Soya Sauce

  • 2 cloves crushed garlic

  • 1 Tsp sugar

  • 1 Sml – Med Chillie or ½ tsp Dried Chillie flakes

  • Ground Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste

    Dice tomatoes, spanish onion, cucumber into 1cm pieces then add diced barramundi then add rest of ingredients, combine altogether and cover and refigerate overnight
