Chicken with tarragon


  • Breast Chicken 4

  • tarragon fresh or dried 2 T

  • cream 1 cup

  • either mushrooms,prawns or ham 1 cup

  • olive oil


  • 1.

    Add oil to pan cook chicken add some tarragon just before the chicken is cooked add prawns or ham or mushrooms

  • 2.

    To keep the sauce white use an other pan add cream and tarragon

  • 3.

    Plate up the chicken mix then pour over the cream.


You can do the whole thing in the same pan but the cream sauce will go brownish.
