Paneer Pasanda

Ingredients

  • Paneer - 275 gms.

  • Salt - to taste

  • Tomatoes - 275 gms.

  • Ginger - 15 gms.

  • Kashmiri mirch - to taste

  • Flour - 55 gms.

  • Green dhaniya - a little

  • Green chillies - 2 Nos.

  • Minced dry nuts - 15 gms.

  • Garam masala - 5 gms.

  • Onions - 55 gms.

  • Garlic - 5 gms.

  • Orange colour - 1 t.spn.

  • Ghee - to fry

Method

  • 1.

    Mothod:

    Prepare 2'' x 1½'' slices 1/8'' thick of panneer. Mix together minced dry

  • 3.

    Nuts, pounded left over paneer and chopped green chillies. Put this mixture on

  • 4.

    Onoe piece and cover it with another. Prepare batter with flour, seasoning and

  • 5.

    Orange colour. Coat the prepared paneer with this bater and deep fry. Make gravy

  • 6.

    With onion. fat paneer and serve hot.

Notes

Paneer:-
Boil 2 litres of milk, add one lime-juice and tie in a muslin cloth, and let water drive out.
