Cook spaghetti noodle into boiling water with 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil till aldente
Saute shrimp with 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 200 grams unsalted butter, garlic and onion, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper for 3 minutes.
Remove shrimp only and separate.
Then add celery and cilantro into the pan and stir for 1minute.
Then all purpose cream and stir till thick
then add salt and pepper on the sauce to suit your taste.
Place spaghetti noodle on a plate
Add pesto sauce on top of the noodle
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the sauce
Add shrimp on top of the sauce with parmesan cheese
Add parsley to garnish the presentation
