Cook the pasta according to packet directions.
In a sauce pan put canola oil. Saute onion. mix carrots, cucumber,tomato and apple, salt, ground pepper,dried basil, all-purpose cream. and grated cheese.
Wait for 3mins to cook. and add the penne pasta. mix well.
