This recipe came from an old copy of home beautiful or house and garden. It is so easy made the night before and has a real wow factor, at christmas I make it in cake tin shaped like a christmas tree.
Add lemon juice,grated onion,chopped dill,tabasco and salt
Dissolve 2 teaspoons of gelatine in .25 cup of hot water and add to avocado mix
Line a loaf pan with glad wrap and spoon avocado mix into tin smooth with a spatula put into fridge
Put tin of salmon liquid and all into a bowl,mash with fork to break up
Add onion, celery,tomato juice,mayonaise,tabasco and salt mix together
Dissolve 3 teaspoons of hot water into .25 cup of hot water add to mix and stir through.
Put this layer on top of avocado layer cover with glad wrap and put back in fridge over night
Take mousse out of tin by placing loaf pan onto serving platter remove glad wrap about 10 minutes before serving.
