  • 1 pint local strawberries, washed

  • 7 hearts of endive

  • 1/3 cup goat cheese

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds

  • petals of 2 young, wild roses

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

    Trim the bottoms of the endive and separate the leaves. Place onto a large platter. Then scatter strawberries, crumble goat cheese, and sprinkle sunflower seeds. Finely slice wild rose petals and sprinkle over top. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
