Yoghurt Cheese

Episode 9, Season 2 of Healthy Gourmet.


  • 2 cups live cultured yogurt


  • 1.

    Take 2 cups of live cultured yogurt and place it a colander lined with a cheesecloth.

  • 2.

    Let the yogurt drip and drain for 6 to 8 hours. Remove the cheese from the colander and store in the refrigerator.
