Ingredients

  • 3 cups nuts (1 cup each of almonds, pecans, & hazelnuts)

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

  • 1/4 cup coconut, shredded

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon Mesquite powder

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons ginger powder

  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 cup apple-juice infused dried cranberries

Method

  • 1.

    Mix thoroughly. Bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 30—40 minutes. Pull out and cool. Add 1 cup of dried cranberries and toss together.
