Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Portion buffalo strip loin into “tenderloins” and season with sea salt and pepper.
Sear on medium high heat in a grill pan and finish in the oven. Allow meat to rest before slicing.
Mix together garlic, lime zest, and horseradish. Sprinkle over sliced buffalo. Top with raw flaxseed oil.
