Drain beans and place them in a mixing bowl. Season beans with salt and pepper.

Segment oranges by cutting the peel, including all white pith, from oranges with a pairing knife. Cut into circular disks
3.
Shave broccoli by slicing very thin with a pairing knife.
4.
Remove seeds from dates and chop coarsely.
5.
Crumble feta.
6.
Crush pistachios and pumpkin seeds by placing them in a plastic sandwich bag and banging them with the back of a frying pan.
7.
Layer ingredients in a glass bowl.
