It is recipe from Rajasthan, India. It is mainly eaten with rice.
Beat the yoghurt with gram flour and keep aside. Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds;cumin seeds; bay leaves,and red chillies. Then add tumeric powder;red chilli powder; corriander powder salt and water. Mix the ingedients for about 2 minutes and then add the yoghurt and gram flour mixture,cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat when it gets thicker.Garnish with corriander leaves.
