Cook a selection of seasonal vegetables using your preferred method of either baking, frying, steaming etc.
Do the same with a selection of seafood.
For the dipping sauce:
In a saucepan place some white miso paste, some sake, grated onion, grated ginger, soy sauce and sugar and blend all together using an electric mixer and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool before you use it as a dipping sauce for your vegetable and seafood platter.
