• 2 fillets of ocean trout

  • Onion

  • Bamboo

  • Zucchinis

  • Shitake mushrooms

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Butter

  • Soy Sauce


  • 1.

    Take a couple of fillets of ocean trout and place: sliced onion, bamboo shoots, sliced zucchinis, sliced mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, butter and soy sauce, salt and pepper.

  • 2.

    Wrap in baking paper or aluminium foil and place them on a baking tray or on the grill of your BBQ.
