A delicious pudding that's so simple to make.
Line a baking dish with crumbled Savoiardi biscuits.
Then layer the biscuit base with the bananas, sliced longways, which have already been dressed in a little lemon juice to avoid discolouration.
In a separate bowl take some condensed milk with about half a cup of water and whisk until it is well incorporated and light.
In another bowl whisk some cream until you have firmish peaks and then fold it into the condensed milk mixture.
Pour the mixture over the banana and biscuit layers and repeat the layering if you have a deeper baking dish.
Finish with a grating of chocolate and refrigerated for at least 12 hours so that it sets properly.
This dish is better made two days in advance so it has the chance to set.
