Place the fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Preheat the grill to high.
Stir the Miso paste, sugar, lime juice and peanut oil together in a small bowl.
Brush the fish with the Miso mixture.
Place under the grill for 5-7 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and shallots and serve.
Skin pumpkin and dice into medium sized squares.
Place oil in a frypan, add pumpkin, soy sauce and brown sugar.
Add the water as required.
Heat oil in a wok.
Combine all ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes.
