Shane's Starter, Series 3 Come Dine with Me Australia.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees and place crackers on a flat baking tray. Heat in oven for 5 mins or until the tips start to brown.
Heat medium frying pan. Place olive oil, then chopped chilli mix, and then throw in olives. Toss around as not to burn for 4-5 mins.
Lay prosciutto in a layered stack plate; put crackers over the top & olive in separate bowl to serve.
