Crackers and 24 month aged Prosciutto served with Warm Sicilian Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Mild Chilli

  • 150g prosciutto

  • 2 large red chillies

  • Medium container of mixed Sicilian olives

  • 1 packet of Lavazzo crackers

  • A good splash of good quality garlic olive oil


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 160 degrees and place crackers on a flat baking tray. Heat in oven for 5 mins or until the tips start to brown.

  • 2.

    Heat medium frying pan. Place olive oil, then chopped chilli mix, and then throw in olives. Toss around as not to burn for 4-5 mins.

  • 3.

    Lay prosciutto in a layered stack plate; put crackers over the top & olive in separate bowl to serve.
