Crush/process biscuits until fine crumbs. Add melted butter.
Add crumbs to a round springform cake tin approx 16 cm for a deep cheesecake, 22 cm for a thin cheesecake. Chill.
Melt one lot of toblerone chocolate. I use the microwave and to do this by placing it on 50% heat and stir every 30 seconds until melted.
Process softened cheesecake and sugar together. Add cream and melted chocolate. Add cocoa powder at this stage.
Place mixture onto breadcrumb base and flatten with spoon. Add the flake on top of the cheesecake. Chill in fridge – prefer overnight.
For the strawberries, melt Lindt chocolate. Dip strawberries bums in the chocolate and place on greaseproof paper to set. If adding nuts, dip the strawberries in the nuts at this stage.
Upon serving, melt extra toblerone chocolate. Pour over top of cheesecake to create a sauce. (optional)
